In an effort to generate more revenue, Pennsylvania has launched a massive expansion of its gaming industry. Soon, people in that state will be able to bet at truck stops and online at home. As soon as the spring, they can download an “ilottery” app that will enable them to play the lottery on their smartphone or tablet.
