Wrap Up The Week The Right Way….That Brad And Paul Way! Here’s what we’ve got coming up on this Friday edition of the Brad Davis Show with Paul Pacelli:
– Clinical Counselor RHONDA MARTIN, Over 15 million American adults have a drinking problem, according to National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Yet less than seven percent receive treatment. Are people afraid to look in the mirror? Ask themselves why they are behaving a certain way? How do you get over that fear? How can you embrace self- reflection? What are the signs you need professional help? How do you choose the right therapist?
– Political Strategist BOYD MATHESON, The Senate will vote today on dueling proposals to reopen the government, as a raft of new polling data shows President Trump getting pummeled over the shutdown fight. The Senate will first vote on Trump’s proposal to extend protections for some immigrants in the country illegally in exchange for the $5.7 billion he’s requesting for a border wall. The second bill would open the government for three weeks, ostensibly to give lawmakers more time to negotiate over border wall money.
– SENATOR LEN FASANO, will express concerns about this proposal: Democrats: create statewide tax rate for vehicles
– DOUG EVANS, ARTS ACROSS CONNECTICUT, will give us an update of what’s happening in the Arts.
All that and news of the day, sports with Eric and your calls! Only on the Talk of Connecticut!
