Likely Republican Party gubernatorial candidate Mark Boughton is keeping his push on to eliminate the state income tax. In an op-ed piece, the mayor of Danbury and two-time gubernatorial candidate, writes: "the state income tax is the primary driver of Connecticut being less competitive and less affordable."
