Legislature meets in veto session

The Connecticut General Assembly meets in special session on Monday in its annual veto session. Lawmakers will decide whether to override four bills vetoed by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy. However, there is still no two-year budget and no vote is expected. What does this all mean?
