Does 800-page budget have to passed to find out what's in it?

As Connecticut continues to operate under an emergency budget, the General Assembly meets today with word a budget could be passed along party lines.

Reports indicate the Democrats and Gov. Malloy are working on an 800-page budget, which includes tax hikes, something Republicans oppose.

So the question becomes, will an 800-page budget be approved today, with those lawmakers voting for it not having read it?
