Budget talks collapse at midnight

Budget talks in the Connecticut state legislature collapsed late Thursday night, amid in-fighting among Democrats. There is a chance talks could be revived today. Meanwhile we are now on day 77 without a new two-year budget, as the state operates under an emergency plan invoked by Gov. Malloy.

On Friday's CT On The Hill, we'll review some of the tax hikes under consideration to close a $1.5 billion deficit.

CT On The Hill starts at 9 a.m.
