Fox News Radio's SIMON OWEN (Live from London) TURKEY NATO MEETING LATEST NATO proclaimed its "strong solidarity" with Turkey following a rare emergency meeting Tuesday in which members also urged the country not to use excessive force in its fight against extremists, a NATO official said. "The security of the alliance is indivisible," ambassadors from all 28 NATO nations declared in a joint statement after the meeting, which had been called to assess the threat posed by the Islamic State extremist group and the Turkish response. They condemned recent terror attacks in Turkey, and called terrorism "a global threat that knows no border, nationality, or religion -- a challenge that the international community must fight and tackle together." However, while public statements stressed NATO unity, the official said members also used the closed-door meeting to call on Turkey not to use undue force and to continue peace efforts with representatives of the Kurdish minority. As the ambassadors were gathering at NATO headquarters, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told a news conference in Ankara that it was impossible to advance a peace process with the Kurds as long as attacks on Turkey continue.

RONALD KESSLER (Author of "The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of the Presidents") Ron presents far bigger and more consequential stories that are making headlines about our nation’s leaders—Republicans and Democrats—and the agency sworn to protect them. Kessler widens his scope to include presidential candidates and former presidents after they leave the White House. In particular, he focuses on first ladies and their children and their relationships with the presidents. From observing Vice President Joe Biden’s reckless behavior that jeopardizes the country’s safety, to escorting Bill Clinton’s blond mistress at Chappaqua, to overhearing First Lady Michelle Obama’s admonitions to the president, to witnessing President Nixon’s friends bring him a nude stripper, to seeing their own agency take risks that could result in an assassination, Secret Service agents know a secret world that Ronald Kessler exposes in breathtaking detail.

Prof. ALAN SAXE (University of Texas at Arlington Political Science Professor) $15 MINIMUM WAGE DIVIDES DEMS Democrats are divided on how much to lift the nation's minimum wage, an issue that has long united the party. Presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is pushing to raise the federal wage from its current $7.25 an hour to $15. But budget experts warn such a hike could eliminate millions of U.S. jobs. Many liberals on and off Capitol Hill have embraced the $15 figure, seeing it as an important remedy for addressing the nation's growing income disparity. Democratic leaders, however, have been reluctant to back it, rallying instead around smaller increases. Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) want to push the minimum wage to $12 per hour. President Obama has edged his support to higher levels in recent years, from $9 to $10.10 and now $12. Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential front-runner, backed $15 per hour for New York fast-food workers on Friday but hasn't specified a wage floor for the nation. The various positions underscore the tightrope party leaders are walking on the minimum wage increase, a concept highly popular among voters. Unlike prior battles with Democrats on the issue, Republicans have significant ammunition in this fight. They point out that raising the minimum wage would mean lost jobs.

Fox News Radio's RACHEL SUTHERLAND (Live from Washington) NATIONWIDE PLANNED PARENTHOOD RALLIES OVER BODY PARTS ALLEGATIONS About 45 rallies were planned across the U.S. yesterday under the banner of "Women Betrayed." The effort is dedicated to urging state and federal authorities to investigate and de-fund Planned Parenthood. The actions are in response to a series of undercover videos released by anti-abortion activists with the Center for Medical Progress who posed as buyers of biological materials for medical research. The clips show Planned Parenthood executives discussing payment for aborted fetal tissue. Protesters said the videos showed that the organization is profiting from the sale of aborted fetuses. Planned Parenthood says the videos are deceptive.
