HARLAN HILL (A political consultant) On Tuesday, April 26, five states are headed to the polls; Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island will all cast their ballots. A total of 462 Democratic and 172 Republican delegates are up for grabs on the 26th.
