On March 2, a Waterbury Superior Court judge freed David Weinberg, who was convicted of killing Joyce Stochmal, 19, in 1984. Weinberg was freed on evidence provided by the Connecticut Innocence Project.

Family members were not happy with the decision. Neither was Connecticut State House Minority Leader Themis Klarides. On Monday's Brad & Dan's Show, Rep. Klarides, along with Marianne Stochmal-Heffernan and John Stochmal will discuss the changed verdict.

Plus, State Sen. George Logan, R-17th, explains why he opposes legalizing marijuana for recreational purposes. New Britan Mayor Erin Stewart recaps her state of the City address and David Lightman of McClatchy newspapers provides us the latest news from Washington, D.C.

And, as always, your calls.

Brad Davis starts the day at 5 a.m. with Brad & Dan getting underway at 6 a.m.
