Study claims Education Savings Accounts could better educate children

A collaborative study by Dr. Lewis M. Andrews, president of the Children's Educational Opportunity Foundation of Connecticut and Dr. Martin Lueken, Director of Fiscal Policy and Analysis of EdChoice, claim Education Savings Accounts would improve opportunity for Connecticut's children and save money.

On Monday's Brad & Dan Show, Dr. Andrews will explain the ESAs concept.
