– CONNECTICUT’S LISA KNONOKI, A nationally known life coach for over 10 years who has worked with celebrities to regular folks, will talk about Black History Month/Highlighting Black Small Businesses/Entrepreneurs
– MARC PELKA, THE STATE’S UNDERSECRETARY FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE POLICY, will talk about Connecticut Prison population beginning to flatten out. Connecticut officials expect the state’s prison population will continue to decline over the next year, but a slower rate than in the recent past.
– TIM RESTALL, PRESIDENT HARTFORD YARD GOATS BASE BALL, will talk about their ticket launch for the upcoming season. The Hartford Yard Goats on Wednesday said individual tickets for home games at Dunkin’ Donuts Park will go on sale (tomorrow) Friday, Feb. 8. The double-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies said single-game tickets will be available in person only at 10 a.m. at the ballpark’s Click It or Ticket box office. The first 50 fans to purchase tickets in person will receive a $25 Dunkin’ gift card.
– SENATOR GEORGE LOGAN, will talk about: Democrats unite on Medical Leave, $15 Minimum wage. House and Senate Democrats topped their legislative agenda Monday with pledges to adopt paid family and medical leave and a $15-per-hour state minimum wage.
