Two people were seriously injured after a fire on Bulkeley Avenue in Hartford yesterday morning. Crews found heavy smoke on the second floor and removed an adult and child from the fire who were reportedly not breathing. CPR was performed on both and they were transported to the hospital in serious condition. Two firefighters and two others suffered minor injuries. 

Police have released more information after a woman was found dead at a Martin Circle home in East Hartford on Sunday. Officers say that the woman died of multiple stab wounds. Her identity has not been released at this time. Authorities say that it was an isolated incident. 

A commercial building in Bloomfield was damaged from a fire early yesterday morning. Crews were called to the building on West Newberry Road and found flames that they were able to extinguish. No injuries were reported and the cause is being investigated.

A Southington man was arrested in connection to two separate incidents at two restaurants on Sunday night. 38 year old Jonathan Leveille is accused of stealing a tip jar at Zheng’s Chinese Restaurant and also threatening a person at South Town Apizza. He is facing multiple charges.
