
Two men were injured after a double shooting in Hartford late Sunday night. Crews were called to Wawarme Avenue at Locus Street and found a 20 year old man who had been shot. He is in stable condition. A second man arrived at Hartford Hospital a short time after with a gunshot wound. He is listed in critical but stable condition.
Injuries were reported after a crash on I-91 South in South Windsor yesterday morning. The accident happened between Exits 38A and 37. The extent of the injuries sustained were not immediately available.
Police are investigating after shots were fired near Yale New Haven’s emergency department yesterday morning. No injuries were reported near Howard Avenue and York Avenue. The ER and hospital remained open during the incident.
Hartford Public Library reopened its U.S. Passport services yesterday. The Library had temporarily closed after its downtown library suffered water damage last December. Passport services will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays of every month.
