– STATE AUDITOR ROB KANE will talk about: State auditors, ‘stonewalled’ from information, seek more access. The state’s two independent auditors are asking for unfettered access to state data and other contract-related information that state contractors hold for state agencies. Auditors of Public Accounts John C. Geragosian and Robert J. Kane are seeking a clarification to state law because they say some contractors are impeding their watchdog office’s requests for information.
