JENNIFER STEADMAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE AURORA FOUNDATION FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS IN GREATER HARTFORD, will talk about how the foundation invests $110,000 annually in programs that help women and girls complete college with the idea that this is the economic game changer for them.
