Ahead of yet another special election, Republican Minority Leader Themis Klarides joined Brad and Gary to talk  about the  new state reps, the issues going on, and if the Democrats can pass the toll bill.

MAYOR SAUD ANWAR, Democrats of the 3rd State Senate District, which includes East Hartford, East Windsor, Ellington and South Windsor, nominated Dr. Saud Anwar, Mayor of South Windsor, to run in a February 26 special election to fill the seat vacated by Sen. Tim Larson of East Hartford. Mayor Saud Anwar is the Democratic Candidate.

Gary speaks with Kathleen Walsh about Trooper North's case, as well as other law enforcement cases. Then NBC News Investigative Reporter Len Besthoff came in studio to talk about two investigations he has been working on, one about school buses and the other about state workers abuses of their vehicles. Finally, USA Today Conservative Columnist Ingrid Jacques just the show to talk about Nikki Haley, who Ingrid spent some time with recently. She explains why Haley is staying in the race, and why she might be the better GOP candidate.
