Michelle Seagull,Commissioner of the Department of Consumer Protection joined Brad to talk about large purchases (leases, subscriptions, warranties), and that list of things. We’ve talked about it before, but we have a few newer things we want to talk about which should be interesting. We’ve seen electronic contract issues pop up a little more recently, and a series of new types of leases including, believe it or not, puppy leasing.

Saving money is always an important issue, including now when people are faced with the possibility of not having income coming in, or the threat of job loss due to the economy!  Paul Tyler called Gary Byron with some tips to help people save during these trying times.

Gov. Lamont was defeated in federal court yesterday over a lawsuit preventing people to get their pistol permits. State Rep Craig Fishbein, who was a driving force behind the lawsuit, joined Gary to discuss.
