STATE AUDITOR ROB KANE spoke to Brad about how State auditors, ‘stonewalled’ from information, seek more access. The state’s two independent auditors are asking for unfettered access to state data and other contract-related information that state contractors hold for state agencies. Auditors of Public Accounts John C. Geragosian and Robert J. Kane are seeking a clarification to state law because they say some contractors are impeding their watchdog office’s requests for information.
